  1. If Limp Bizkit can do it, so can you. Although Lifer is reminiscent of many bands, they never cease to amaze the listener with the depth of their music. From the jarring and strident tune “Heave,” which is very Pantera -esque, to the powerful and sexually charged ballad “Swallow,” Lifer’s music is drenched with the kind of raw emotion.

  3. The faster songs were very catchy and the whole album had a bit of a 60's vibe to it. There was some boring filler, though. I own it. I picked this CD up at a Labor Day sale at Bull Moose for $2 and it was definitely a steal. I had only heard "Lovefool" by this band, so the majority of the album was a bit of a surprise for me but I did enjoy it.
